Meeting rooms accommodate from 30-125 people comfortably, all with soft seating, views of the lake and complete amenities. Suites and breakaway rooms are also available.

Our office staff will assist you in making copies, sending faxes and taking phone messages. We can make arrangements in the conference center for all your computer, Internet and communication needs. A full inventory of audio and visual equipment is available upon request.

For your convenience, wireless internet access is available in our conference center and in the main lodge.

For recreation and relaxation you can enjoy all the amenities of Averill's Ranch, including horseback riding, horse arena events, tennis, volleyball, sailing, swimming, lake cruises, fishing, as well as our children's program.

Groups also enjoy trips to Glacier National Park, the National Bison Range, guided hikes and guided fishing trips on local rivers and Flathead Lake.  Golf tournaments can be arranged at Eagle Bend Golf Course located 5 miles from the lodge.

The many art galleries in the quaint village of Bigfork are only a short walk from the lodge.  Private tours can be arranged to meet the artists.
